Outside the Loop
This past week I did an interview with my friends from Outside the Loop radio. OTL is a local radio show on that airs on Thursday mornings from 10 – 11 am on Loyola radio station WLUW 88.7-FM here in Chicago. The show is hosted by Mike Stephen and Andy Hermann who are a couple of cool radio guys who are just as excited about the projects that I work on as I am.
Their weekly radio program features fun segments and interviews with local Chicagoans about the cool things they are doing around the city. They do a great job of covering topics that don’t always get picked up by the major media programs in town and this is one of the many reasons why I love their show so much. I first starting talking with them last year when I created the Tamale Tracker and again when I started Spotd. So, naturally when we created Scared Panda I sent them an email telling them what we were up to. Immediately after I was on the air recording an interview with them.
